Duck fat frites
Homemade, hand-cut chips cooked in duck fat, served with rosemary
Time Takes: 10-12 mins
Preservation: 3 days
Remove from the fridge 15-20 min before cooking. Preheat oven to 220°C fan. Preheat the ovenproof tray for 5 mins until very hot. Remove the chips from packaging and place on the preheated tray. Heat in the oven for 6 mins. Mix the chips and heat for another 6 mins until golden. Plate up.
