Sliced caramelised onions, slowly cooked with, garlic puree, white wine, veal stock and brandy. For the perfect finish we've added a French bread and Meule des Alpes cheese.

Remove from the fridge 15-20 min before cooking. Preheat grill Top your French bread with cheese and grill until melted. Ignite the stove to medium. Empty the onion soup into a saucepan. Heat through until boiling and then take off heat. Plate up and top or dip your cheesy toast.
