Maison Patron's savoury take on a classic creme brûlée, using seasonal Jerusalem artichokes and Grana Padano cheese
Time takes: 3-4 mins
Preservation: 3 days from delivery
Allergens: lactose, eggs, nutmeg
Preheat grill. Remove brûlée from outer packaging. Remove lid and sprinkle the cheese on top. Place the jar under the grill for 3-4 mins. Be careful not to burn! Plate up.
