Leeks with a whole grain mustard, shallot, thyme and white wine vinegar vinaigrette
Preservation: 3 days from delivery
Allergens: mustard, lactose
, sulphur dioxide
Can be eaten cold or warm.
Remove from the fridge 15-20 min before cooking / serving . Preheat the oven to 220°C. Remove the leeks from packaging. Heat in the oven for 3-4 mins until hot. Plate up.
