Cheesy and creamy potato fondu. A speciality of Auvergne in South west France, half potato half Tomme de Montagne, with garlic, butter and cream.
Time takes: 4-5 mins
Preservation: 3 days from delivery

Ignite your stove to low. Add a knob of butter to your pan and remove your potato from its packaging. Gently heat your potato all the way through until it stretches like a fondu. Plate up.
