18 month Comté - One of the most popular cheeses in France, exclusively produced in Franche-Comté. It has a wonderfully smooth, buttery texture and complex, long lasting savoury taste with notes of sweetness and nuts.
Tomme de Montagne - Unpasterised, semi-firm cow's milk cheese, produced in Rhône-Alpes. Rich savoury and slightly nutty flavour.
