Mix of wild mushrooms slow cooked in white wine, garlic, shallots and porcini jus, topped with cream and garnished with morel mushrooms

Remove from the fridge 15-20 min before cooking. Ignite stove on medium to low. Tip the mushroom ragout into a saucepan and rest over the heat. Stir continuously for 4-5 mins or until warmed through. Plate up. Bon appetit.
