My Maison Patron box

Classic, comfort, French dishes handmade in the restaurant, freshly prepared to order, chilled and vacuum packed.

Each of our boxes is carefully packed and includes simple cooking instructions. All our dishes are very easy cook and take up to 15 mins to prepare in your kitchen. Detailed cooking instructions of each item can be found on the product's page.

The products can last up to 3 days in your fridge and some of them can also be frozen. Detailed information about preservation of each item can be found on the product's page.


Packaging

Our products are freshly prepared to order, chilled and arrive in your home sealed and vacuum packed for an average conservation of 2-3 days.

Environmental information our boxes are 100% recyclable. Our boxes are made from a minimum of 75% recycled fibres.

We are actively working towards further improving our packaging, reducing the use of plastic and minimising our impact on the environment.


Produce  

Seasonal French food, boutique cocktails & natural, organic and biodynamic wines.
We work with high-quality and sustainably sourced ingredients from France and local small independent suppliers. 


Refunds / Editing order / Delivery issues

It's our priority to ensure that all our customers receive a high quality service and are satisfied with their orders.

Covid-19

In response to the Coronavirus we’ve put several measures in place to protect the safety of our staff and customers.


Kitchen team

All our chefs are being daily monitored for fever and/or illness at home and will be self isolated if they show any signs of either, in accordance with government guidelines. All the team also use a fresh mask and pair of disposable gloves on every shift, so that the food and packaging are untouched by human hands.


Delivery drivers & cyclists

Our drivers and bike riders are also being monitored for illness, as above. However we now operate a no-contact delivery service; a friendly knock on the door/ring on the bell is usually what we like to do to announce your food delivery, then the driver will leave your parcel on your doorstep and take their distance until the door is answered.

All of our team are within walking distance and do not use the public transport.
