Refunds
We have a 1-day refund policy, which means you have 1 day after receiving your order to request a refund.
To be eligible for a refund, you will need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To request a refund contact us at maison@patronlondon.com and provide a clear explanation why you are requesting the refund. You may be asked to provide us with photo evidence of any damaged order with the items in the same condition that you received them.
Returns
Please note that due to the nature of products we are offering, we don't accept returns or exchange products after the order has been dispatched.
Items sent back to us will not be accepted.

Exceptions / Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges / Editing order
Please note that we only accept exchanges before the order has been dispatched.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to contact us at maison@patronlondon.com before your order has been dispatched and request the exchange. Once the request is accepted, your order will be edited by our team and you will receive a link to pay the balance due or a refund for the price difference.
Receiving the refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your request, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
