
These marinated, zesty, little anchovies are a perfect lunchtime snack, appetiser or tapas. The fillets of fresh anchovies are marinated in vinegar and olive oil, and seasoned with garlic and parsley. They are so moreish that we cannot guarantee you won't eat them all in one go!
