Tasting notes: Delicate and complex grapefruit, peach, pink. Palate: Round and balanced, with a beautiful vivacity. Conclusion: Cuvée of a beautiful structure combining finesse and roundness. A rosé of “gastronome” all delicacy. It is a fresh drinking wine between 8° and 12°

Winemaking Details: Direct pressing in pneumatic press, then careful settling. Fermentation at strictly controlled temperature.
