One of the most iconic French desserts. Classic vanilla pod brûlée, topped with a layer of sugar which once placed under the grill for a couple minutes creates a delicious, hardened, caramelised crust.

Preservation: 3 days
Allergen: contains lactose and eggs
Remove crème brûlée from packaging
Sprinkle sugar on top evenly
Place under the grill for 4-5 mins or until golden
Be careful not to burn!
Remove from grill and leave to rest for sugar to harden
Do the tap test - lightly hit your spoon on top
