Tasting notes: Fruity nose of small red fruit such as raspberry, red current and pink grapefruit; round and fresh palate with notes of toasted bred, butter and red fruit.
Located in the heart of the widest vineyard in the world, La cave d’Alignan combines tradition and modernity, first throughout its various terroirs but also with its parcel selection and wine making process.
Under the Mediterranean climate, the terroir benefits from a strong wind coming from the North. This dry wind is a real protection for the vines. Moreover, they take advantage of a favourable exposure and this enables a slow grape maturity.
